Applications to DoH
ACAR – JU&A has a wealth of experience and success in preparing successful ACAR applications for clients across the nation.
For over a decade, we have secured around 10% of all the beds in the country, working across all states and the ACT. We also have had great success in making capital grant applications for clients, particular regional/rural and special needs services.
Management of Places – JU&A has a wealth of experience in liaising with the DoH for the management of provisionally allocated places. We can assist with submitting progress reports, transferring places between providers, extending provisional allocation periods, and variations to conditions of place allocations.
Approved Provider Status – JU&A remains heavily involved in making Approved Provider applications for both new and existing organisations to provide aged care – residential aged care and home care.
Accommodation Payment Amounts above $550K – JU&A can assist providers to apply to the Aged Care Pricing Commissioner for approval to charge accommodation prices that are higher than the maximum amount determined by the Minister.
Significant Refurbishment – JU&A assist organisations to get final or pre-approval for works they are doing, or check to see if works already done for a residential aged care service already qualify a facility for the higher subsidy level. The increase is almost $7,000 p.a. for all fully-supported persons.
